Our home garden has changed significantly over the years. It has changed form a barren combination of concrete, stones and patio to a vibrant living space. This is a family space, a relaxing space and a growing space which is constantly changing and evolving to our needs and preferences. We grow herbs, salads, potatoes and many fruits including blueberries, strawberries, pears and apples. WE raise chickens which give us a fresh supply of eggs but more important they are the engine which drives the fertility of the garden. They turn garden waste into eggs and fantastic nitrogen rich compost to feed the garden.
